I have had good experiences with this company, I have ordered much ammo prior to covid, and their prices were always competitive and delivery was always expeditious. I have also ordered magazines, while it took a while to get these, their prices were competitive and when I ordered a firearm, and realized I should not have, they had it shipped back from theFFL and refunded 100% of money on the purchase. I feel that Covid has turned everything upside down in this life, but I feel comfortable that if I do order from Westcoast Ammo & Arms, the orders will be fulfilled. Thank you WAA, good job in these trying times.

Worst gun buying experience of my career, by far! NEVER sent email or any messaging of any kind to update on payment received (sent check) until I emailed about it. Then it took 4 more emails to get a response about shipping. I never did get any info about tracking until the FOURTH email, after which I was finally told it had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number, only to find it has been sitting at my FFL for a whole week! Every attempt to call is futile, getting the same message they are busy and cannot even leave a message. I doubt anyone mans the phones at all. All in all, the absolute WORST customer service from a gun dealer, or really from just about anyone, I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I would strongly advise NEVER purchasing anything from this business. Ever.

From what I have seen these guys can be really hit or miss. I suspect that most of the "misses" are when they don't actually have the product onhand and have to order from a distributor. However, if they do have the product then the price and service are outstanding as was my recent purchase, even in the midst of panic buying they came through with flying colors. Thanks Guns WAA!

I have ordered several firearms and accessories from Westcoast Ammo & Arms, I have found their prices lower then most other online gun sales. I have never had any problems and in most instances my firearms were shipped fast to my FFL. I highly recommend them and plan on continuing ordering from them.

Bought a Canik from this company and did see the 5 (business) day delivery. Had my FFL dealer send his information to them as soon as I placed my order. My FFL had the Canik in 3 days and 3 days later I had possession of it. Price was the best of any other place by FAR! I had a number of companies refuse to sell me the Canik due to the 20 round mags that come included with the gun. Westcoast Ammo & Arms was great about it. They will continue to have my business!

They were responsive and took care of every aspect of the transaction for me. Everything went quick and smooth and with the assistance they gave me I will absolutely be buying from them in the future. Between price and service I don’t think there a better deal going right now.

I've been using Westcoast Ammo & Arms and have been very pleased. I've used all different firearm retailers in the past but Guns Midwest is now my go to dealer. Between the price and the fact they treat their customers unlike all other dealers include brick and mortar dealers that won't lift a finger for you after the sale they are literally one of a kind in their industry right now. Hopefully with their success more firearm retailers will get the hint that customers don't like to be told to deal with the manufacture when the receive a defective item. They seem to be just small enough to deal with and be reasonable with special requests yet big enough to have a selection that nobody I have found can beat yet, especially at their prices. We had a package disappear from our front porch last year that tracking showed was delivered. When we contacted them they shipped out another on without question or additional charge. Try getting your current dealer to do that for you!

Westcoast Ammo & Arms is a great company. Their business policy is professional and courteous. Purchasing from them was a pleasing experience and I would use them again for any firearm or shooting accessory. Purchasing a firearm online puts some of the workload of the order on the customer, as a customer you must make sure they have a copy of the FFL where you would like the firearm sent. Any problems picking up the gun from the customers FFL is not the fault of Guns Midwest.
